Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, so you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and without wear, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will schedule a pickup at your address (free of charge). Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

15-Day Cancellation Period in the European Union
Regardless of what is mentioned above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a 15-day period, for any reason and without the obligation to provide justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and without wear, with the respective tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
